Asparagus Interrupted

 This is what i've been waiting YEARS for- fresh, home grown, asparagus

 This is what i'm left with- nubbins. Yes, nubbins

 This guy? Sleeping on the job!

And his little friend? USELESS!  Stupid gnomes

The guilty parties. Hope they enjoyed it!

Now i have to wait at least two weeks for another crop.

Maybe i need bigger gnomes?

    I'm sorry but that is too funny! I have so many things like that happen with our two furry girls. Loosey does love her asparagus tips when we are preparing them to cook. Yep, maybe bigger gnomes are needed!
